Our commitment to sustainability continues

In the first few months of 2023 we installed a photovoltaic system for a total capacity of 886,8 kWp, structured as follows:

• Plant 1: 455.6 kWp PV plant equipped with 1,139 400 Wp high-efficiency PV modules and an energy storage system with a storage capacity of 182 kWh
• Plant 2: 431.2 kWp PV plant equipped with 1,078 400 Wp high-efficiency PV modules

Taking advantage of the solar radiation (roughly 1.300 kWh/m2/per annum) the system converts the solar energy into “green” energy used by our Company to reduce dependence on the national electricity grid.

The photovoltaic system was designed by SOLAND, a very well known Italian company. SOLAND installed on our roofs more than 4.200 sq m monocrystalline high-efficiency photovoltaic modules to produce more than 910.000 kWh energy per year used to cover our electrical needs.

Our commitment to sustainability goes further than the reduction of carbon monoxide. All we know that the minimum dependence from fossil fuels will drastically reduce the emission of greenhouse gases and  contribute to produce clearer air and to mitigate climate change. Moreover the use of renewable energy supports us in respecting the most demanding environmental norms and reinforces our Company social responsibility.
