The controls for identifying the presence of shavings and chips, as well as cleaning are full-automatic. Special tools are designed and totally produced in-house in our tooling construction area. Tools are produced according to the production needs considering raw materials, the specific performances of the turning machines and with the attention to the tolerances to keep on the finished parts. For this reason the constant interaction with the production departments is fundamental. Thousands of new tools are projected, designed and produced each year.
All the machines are constantly updated and improved in close collaboration with Suppliers and Customers.
The plant in Verderio is equipped with two full-automatic warehouses managed according to the Fifo (first in first out) method to provide the most accurate and efficient control of raw materials and finished products.
