Avant-garde processes and industry-leading certifications make the Company a real precision laboratory.
A team of more than 10 people is dedicated exclusively to Quality monitoring. Quality controls are constantly carried out at dedicated stations through guided inspections of the pieces. The Company is ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 certified. Suppliers are required to have at least the ISO 9001:2015 certificate.
To ensure zero waste the Company organizes technical meetings with Customers and Suppliers to find and propose new solutions.
A metrology room of excellence
Torneria Automatica Alfredo Colombo is proud of its state-of-the-art metrology lab with controlled temperature and humidity. Our lab allows us to satisfy in a micrometric and certified way the most demanding requirements on dimensional inspections and controls with the use of high-precision calibration programmes and procedures and thanks to high-qualified personnel.
The wide range of instruments and their high-level of precision make our metrology lab an excellence center. The trend of the performance indicators and the achievement of our quality goals are monitored daily.
