Certifications and innovative processes make the company a real laboratory of precision
A team of nine people is dedicated exclusively to quality control. The company has obtained the ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 certificates. Suppliers are required to have at least the ISO 9001:2015 certificate.
To ensure“zero waste” the company organises technical meetings with customers and suppliers to identify and propose improvement solutions. The quality is monitored constantly in dedicated stations through guided control of the workpiece.
The company has its own state-of-the-art metrology lab, with controlled temperature and humidity. This allows meeting, in a micrometric and certified way, the most demanding requirements of dimensional control and inspection with the use of calibration programs of the highest standard and internal procedures with specially trained personnel.
The wide range and level of precision of the tools make the metrology lab a point of excellence in lathing. The achievement of the quality objectives are monitored on a monthly basis.
