Brianza Academy originates from the collaboration between AQM SRL and Torneria Automatica Alfredo Colombo with a clear objective: to bring training advanced technical training directly into the heart of one of Italy’s most strategic manufacturing districts.
Brianza has always been synonymous with precision mechanics, automation, and industrial know-how. Brianza Academy aims to respond to the concrete needs of local companies to develop specialist skills aligned with real production processes and the daily challenges of quality, control, and innovation.
The project is built on a practical, application-oriented approach: training is not abstract theory, but hands-on experience, direct interaction with technicians and specialists, and the transfer of skills that can be immediately applied in the workplace. A model that combines AQM’s expertise in materials, testing, and metrology with our deep knowledge of production processes, gained through years of industrial activity.
